PRESIDENT: DIANE BROUSSEAU

Diane Brousseau has over 25 years experience within the public and private sectors.

Since 1995 she has been providing Human Resource and Organizational Design professional services within the federal public sector. During this time, she has undertaken projects in a variety of fields and for a wide range of federal government departments and agencies, including extensive work in the area of organizational design, engaging in strategic planning with executive management to facilitate the development and implementation of national programs and initiatives in support of legislative mandates.

Ms. Brousseau possesses a knowledge of key government-wide federal public sector renewal/transformation initiatives and reforms, as well as knowledge of policies and programs governing human resources management, and the inter-dependencies of functional disciplines. Of equal importance is her knowledge and understanding of theories, principles and methodologies pertaining to the development of : Human Resource (HR) strategic plans; organizational design, and a broad range of HR products and services.

Conducting work within the federal public sector has also necessitated maintaining a knowledge of the Prime Minister’s priorities relative to the creation and implementation of national policies and programs, and a knowledge of government-wide initiatives, Central Agency accountability, risk-management frameworks, policies and guidelines, departmental legislative mandates, as well as knowledge of public accountability, evaluation frameworks, monitoring and performance review processes.

Ms. Brousseau’s training and academic background consists of Masters studies in Human Systems Intervention, a B.Soc.Sc. (Conc.) Psychology and Sociology, as well as course work in Human Resources Management. Ms. Brousseau possesses strong analytic, knowledge development, research abilities; high level strategic planning, project management, organizational ability pertaining to activities and the development of frameworks, approaches, models and practices; excellent written/oral communication skills; effective problem solving, interpersonal, facilitation skills, and team work, leadership, management approaches.
